1. What is the minimum age for renting an e-bike or e-kick scooter?

    Minimum age for renting an e-bike or e-kick scooter is 18 years.

  2. How do I rent?

    Our bikes can be rented online, directly from our website, by email or by phone and paying the equivalent of the desired period by cash or credit card.

  3. Do I need a reservation?

    We recommend you to make reservation in advance. Please make your reservation with at least 2 hours before pickup through our website, email or by phone. Priority will be given to the customer with reservation, however, you may rent a bike without reservation depending on the availability.

  4. How is rental duration calculated?

    Our rental system is based on calendar days. If you pick up your bike Monday at 9 am and bring it back Tuesday at 2 pm, that’s a two-day rental. In order to be considered as a 1 day rental, bikes must be picked up and returned the same day (our hours are 8:00am to 9:00pm).

  5. What equipment is provided with the e-bikes/e-kick scooter?

    We provide helmet, locker and a puncture repair in all rentals for free.

  6. What do I need to rent a bike?

    ID or passport and a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

  7. Where is the collection point located?

    Collect the booked equipment directly from our location in the old city center on Cet??ii Street 44. This makes it a very convenient location to start and end your bike ride.

  8. Do you offer equipment delivery or pick-up form different location?

    We offer delivery and pickup services of the e-bikes and e-scooters on the location you want. Just tell us where you want your bikes/scooters to be delivered and we´ll make sure that the bikes/scooters are ready to go for your adventure. 

  9. What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash or credit / debit card when renting and for the total period of the service.

  10. Security deposit is needed?

    We will charge a deposit which will be totally refunded at the moment of the return of the rented equipment, if at return the equipment in the same conditions as when were rented, or with the normal use marks.  The deposit can be paid by cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or bank check. Deposit for e-bikes is 150 €/bike, and for e-kick scooters 100 €/kick scooter.

  11. What about Insurance?

    Insurance is not provided. Renters are responsible for damage to the rented equipment (bike, scooter, etc.) excluding any normal signs of use. Renters are liable for the replacement cost of the equipment be lost or stolen.

  12. What should I do if the rented bike/scooter is stolen?

    If the equipment is stolen or lost you need to go to the nearest police station to declare theft, and contact us immediately.
